Currently we are only shipping within Canada. If you are interested in any of our products and don't live in Canada, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see if we can help!
What delivery options do you offer?
Contactless Pick Up
Select "local pick up" at check out. Once your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email notification with our Vancouver pick up address, available pick up times and instructions.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Which courier service provider do you use?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post using Expedited Parcel method and will come with a tracking number as soon as it's available.
You have the option to upgrade to Xpresspost Shipping method at check out if you are in a rush to get your pieces.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders $80+ CAD (before taxes and after applied promotions/discounts).
Orders below $80 CAD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $12 CAD for Expedited Parcel shipping.
If you are in a rush to get your products, we recommend upgrading to Xpresspost Shipping. At check out, the cost and delivery ETA for these Xpresspost Shipping will populate.
When will my order ship?
You will get an email confirmation once we receive your order. We'll process, pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days thereafter.
Please note that orders are processed and shipped out Monday - Friday. We don't ship out packages on weekends or Canadian holidays.
How long will it take for my order to deliver?
Orders will take an estimated 3 - 8 business days to arrive after dispatch. Delivery to the Maritime provinces may take up to 13 business days. All orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia. The closer you are to us, the faster you'll receive your order!

I entered the wrong delivery address, can I make adjustments?
Please email email@example.com ASAP and we'll try our best to get your order to the right address. Unfortunately, if we have already dispatched your order, you will be responsible for all applicable re-delivery fees.
