Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada and the US. If you are interested in any of our products and don't live in North America, please email hello@artifacthome.ca and we'll see if we can help!


When will my order ship? 

You will get an email confirmation once we receive your order. We'll process, pack and ship your order within 2-5 business days thereafter.

Please note that orders are processed and shipped out Monday - Friday. We don't ship out packages on weekends or Canadian holidays. 


How long until my order arrives?

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada via Canada Post and will include a tracking number.

  • Canadian orders will be shipped via Expedited Parcel method and take between 2-8 business days to arrive after dispatch.
  • US orders will be shipped via Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel (depending on weight) and will take between 4-17 business days to arrive after dispatch.

If you are in a rush, you have the option to upgrade to Xpresspost Shipping method at check-out. Cost and ETA will populate upon selection. 

*NOTE: Due to COVID-19 safety measures that Canada Post has implemented to keep their team and facilities safe, there may be delays in the estimated delivery times noted above. We ask for your patience and understanding as we all work collectively to navigate the new norm. Artifact Home is not responsible for any delays in delivery by Canada Post.


How much is shipping?

Canadian orders: 

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and after applied promotions/discounts)
  • Flat rate $12 CAD shipping on orders below $100

US orders:

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and after applied promotions/discounts)
  • Flat rate $12 USD shipping on orders below $100
  • Note: any custom fees such as import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc. are the customer's responsibility. Artifact Home does not cover these.


I entered the wrong delivery address, can I make adjustments?

Please email hello@artifacthome.ca ASAP and we'll try our best to get your order to the right address. Unfortunately, if we have already dispatched your order, you will be responsible for all applicable re-delivery fees.
