Do you accept returns?

Due to COVID-19, we unfortunately are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time in an effort to minimize product contact and any potential cross contamination. 

We'll continue to monitor the situation in British Columbia and make changes when it is safe to do so.

We ask that you take the time to read our detailed product descriptions carefully. If you have any further questions or concerns, please email hello@artifacthome.ca and we'll do our best to work with you to resolve any issues.


What happens if my package arrives damaged?

While we take the utmost care in inspecting products and packaging them, what happens during transit is unfortunately beyond our control. 

If your package arrives damaged, please email hello@artifacthome.ca no later than 5 days after receipt and we'll work on either getting you a replacement or issuing a refund. Proof of purchase along with photos of the damaged product will be required. 


A note about handmade goods

Many of our products are handmade, and no two handmade items are identical. This is what we believe makes each item unique. 

There may be speckles, minor paint strokes and unique markings. This is to be expected of handmade items and what gives each its sense of individuality and charm. These are not considered faults or defects.
